Malawi Queens
Malawi's netball team, the Queens: a best-ever fifth at the 2007 World Cup, Fast5 bronze in 2016, and one of Africa's most consistent netball nations.
The Malawi Queens are the Malawi national netball team, run by the Netball Association of Malawi. They are one of the leading netball nations in Africa and one of the most consistent performers at major tournaments outside the sport's traditional powerhouses.

Malawi have a long-standing rivalry with Uganda and South Africa at continental level, including at the Africa Netball Cup. Their sustained World Cup and Commonwealth Games record — achieved with far fewer professional players than the sport's leading nations — is one of the clearest signs of how far netball has spread.
